After graduating from California, Femion continued his studies at Western New England College School of Law and Business. In May 2006, He received his Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration degree. He also earned a Master of Law, or LLM, in banking and finance from Boston University School of Law. Femion has gained admission to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
