Take a glimpse back in time as you explore one of the original, grande dames of Arlington Heights. Rich in curb appeal, the front porch welcomes you inside where a beautiful staircase, entry foyer & old-fashioned sitting parlor invite you to stay awhile. A central, two-sided fireplace acts the heart of the home as it's flanked by a large dining room & kitchen on one side followed by a comfortably sized living room on the other. Upstairs, you'll find 8 bedrooms & 2 full baths which is fitting given that this gem is rumored to have once housed the nuns who served at Ring's Sanitarium Hospital. Each space is as interesting as the next, w/period details such as high ceilings, baseboard & crown moldings, a classic newel post, & original pocket doors, all contributing to a charming blend of Victorian & Craftsman styles. Next up - the lovely yard is the crowning jewel! All of this just minutes to the Dallin School, Skyline Park, the bus to Alewife T & a short stroll to many restaurants & shops
